By submitting an inquiry or placing an order, you agree to all policies listed on this website and the

Ordering & Retainer
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Orders are not confirmed until
payment is received. Some orders may require full payment at booking.
Payment Policy
The remaining balance must be paid in full 1 week prior to your event date. Failure to pay will result
in cancellation with no refund.
Rush Orders
Orders placed with less than 2 weeks’ notice may incur an additional fee and require full payment at
booking.
Changes to Orders
The final payment date is the last day to request changes. Changes after this may not be
guaranteed and may include additional fees.
Cancellations & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. Credits or transfers may be approved at my discretion.
Custom Design Disclaimer
All items are custom. Final products may vary slightly in design and color.
Pickup & Delivery
Once picked up or delivered, I am not responsible for damages. Keep cakes at 70°F or below on a
sturdy surface.
Treats & Structure
3D treats are dipped in chocolate. Tiered and specialty cakes require ganache for stability.

All apples will be dipped in chocolate candy for best quality and stability. If traditional candy apples are requested, please note that may sweat or melt due to temperature and humidity. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued.

Photography Release
I may use photos of orders for marketing.
Contract Agreement
Contracts must be signed within 48 hours or orders may be canceled.
